


5-7 Years
Our Kids 5–7 Years class is all about fun, fitness, and growing strong! Each session helps your child develop important skills for their age, like better balance, coordination, and body awareness through playful games and activities.
We also build social skills like sharing, taking turns, following simple instructions, and working together in teams. These sessions help boost confidence, support emotional regulation, and encourage friendships. To keep things exciting, our program changes every week, so your child stays engaged and never gets bored! We even add basic boxing skills into some sessions to start building self control.
Our training perfectly complements any other sports or activities your child is involved in. It’s the perfect mix of movement, learning, and laughter to help your child thrive!
8-12 Years
Our Kids 8–12 Years class is all about keeping kids active, strong, and confident as they grow! Each session focuses on building strength, agility, balance, and coordination through fun fitness activities, teamwork challenges, and skill-based games.
At this age, we help kids develop more advanced motor skills, learn to follow more complex instructions, and build resilience and good sportsmanship. We also introduce basic boxing skills to help improve focus, discipline, and self-control and occasionally focus on specific sporting skills based on the children’s interest. Our training perfectly complements any other sports or activities your child is involved in.
Our program changes every week to keep kids interested and motivated, so they’re always learning something new while staying fit and having fun with friends!
